Jane Marotta knows her client's conference or event is a living manifestation of their brand. In today's highly visual and viral world, image and messaging for a company must be consistently carried through every communications and outreach effort. Combining her client's branding with an expertly executed event is where Jane surpasses other corporate event planning professionals.

For more than 20 years, Jane has been creating meaningful and unique events for senior level executives and Fortune 500 companies across the globe. Recognizing early on a need to provide clients with an alternative to the cookie-cutter approach to meeting planning, she founded Aventive, Inc., a boutique corporate events planning firm distinguished by its senior-level, high-touch service. Jane and her team develop innovative, highly customized events that deliver exceptionally memorable experiences while achieving bottom-line business goals.

Prior to starting Aventive, Jane was a senior meeting planner for Memorable Meetings of Charleston, South Carolina. She also served as director of client conferences at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), a top-five worldwide strategy and management consulting firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. While at BCG, she was responsible for shaping and directing its global series of CEO and leadership forums. Jane also held senior corporate event planning positions with CSC Index in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and UBS PaineWebber in New York City.

Jane received a B.A. in English Literature from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
